At creneaux wine auctions you have various options for placing your bids. On the one hand, you can place written and telephone bids before the auction begins, which you can submit directly in our online catalog or via a bidding form after registering. On the other hand, you can also bid live during the auction via various online platforms (Invaluable, Lot-Tissimo, LiveAuctioneers, …).

When bidding online, you can participate in the auction live via the Internet. Register with one of the platforms listed below and sign up for the next creneaux auction.
After you have successfully purchased a lot in the auction, you will usually receive the invoice by e-mail 48 hours after the auction ends.
Only a premium of 12% will be added to the highest bid (hammer price). The buyer is responsible for customs clearance. If you placed the bid through our website, no additional fees will be added!
If you have won the bid via one of the various auction platforms, an additional fee, which varies depending on the auction platform, is added to the highest bid in addition to the buyer’s premium.
The buyer’s premium on the highest bid is only 12%
Apart from the premium, there are no additional fees for you if you have placed your bid via our website.
Creneaux Wine Auctions offers you a shipping of the auctioned lots after a successful purchase! In the following table you will find the national and international shipping costs. Please note that the shipping costs may vary depending on the lot purchased (value of goods, insurance and quantity of the bottle to be shipped). Customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer.
The shipment is usually made in special boxes for wine and spirits and is shipped via the Austrian customs office Post or DHL.

You are welcome to collect your purchased lots directly from creneaux wine auctions in person during business hours.
Please note that you must make an appointment with us for collection. You are welcome to use the contact form for this purpose. Please be sure to include an invoice number or lot number so that your request can be processed more quickly.
